The biggest part of the homework for this class is to:
1)Work on cultivating your seed, "Diligently Nourtishing your Thought," Like we practiced. Get the image in your mind, and add all of the detail that you can to it. Charge the idea with positive emotion and don't discard it with doubt. Remember to: WRITE IT DOWN, as thought you already have it.
"I'm so grateful and thankful now that I have/am.........."
"I'm so grateful and thankful now that I have/am.........."
2)Apply the principles of thought you know thus far: RELATIVITY and POLARITY- use them to help you find gratitude, live them until they become an established pattern in your life- for good!
3)Practice the power of visualization with small things: lost car keys, purse, binki, shoes, etc….
Remember your subconscious does not know the difference between an actual even and an idea. The next time you lose something or can't find something, take time to STOP, relax, visualize it and add detail and go forward with what you are doing KNOWING that you have it.... and watch, by the law of attraction- you be drawn to the object you were looking for! This is a fun one! Have fun with it! This tends to be a bit more difficult for us adults who are a little more skeptical so to really have fun: Teach your KIDS to do it, they don't doubt that it works, so they just DO IT!

Here are a few articles to read that help get these ideas in motion!
Hope you enjoy! See you in July!
