May Oil Spotlight! Clove and Cinnamon!

O.K. So you want to kill some viruses? Don't be afraid of the flu, when you have Clove and Cinnamon essential oils the flu will Tremble in it's shoes.
Clove and Cinnamon kill 90% of all bacteria strains, with Clove EO killing more than 60 different bacteria strains and several virusus (both of these oils are in the On Guard blend from doTerra).
Diffusing 12.5 mg (one forth a drop) of On Guard, Cinnamon, or Clove in a full liter is powerful enough to stop germ growth. You do not need to diffuse continuously, just 15 minutes 2-3 times a day will keep those lousy germs away. On Guard is a powerful anti-pathogenic blend with both Clove and Cinnamon added which can elliminate pathogens and germs. However, nothing can compensate for the Washing of Hands - That is the most effective in killing germs. Add a few drops each of Cinnamon and Clove to your foaming hand wash and you are set for killing germs on your little ones hands.
I like using the ON GUARD blend on my childrens feet because it has the right mixture of Clove an Cinnamon already for me to use in a hurry, plus it is an active, natural, and the most powerful preventative and curative approach when a nasty virus is on the loose. I use it all the time. Diffusing it in my home, on my childrens feet/NEAT, and as a gargle. It wipes out sore throats, bugs, and viruses. For little babies I would dilute it first. I have used both Cinnamon, and Clove individually before for, but I would recommend the blend. Cinnamon is extremely strong and needs to be diluted. I take Clove internally by capsule all the time for when I need pain relief.
Both Clove and Cinnamon are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-infectious, anti-viral, antiseptic, anti-parasitic, disinfectant, and immune stimulant! (I didn't list everything either). These 2 oils are really best used in a blend. Have fun killing bugs!

The Stickman Concept: A Mind Model If I were to ask you to figure the sum of 756, 237,967 plus 234, 765, 876 in your head, could you do it? ......think.. think.. think..... That's a tough one right? But what if I asked you to write it down, then could you? Of Course you could!! You were able to SEE it! The stickman concept is just that. It is a visual representation of how our mind works. It is a very helpful tool to allow you to SEE what you are DOING inside your head. It covers the flow of our thoughts and what our thoughts actually do to us. So now I propose a question to you. Do your thoughts serve you or hold you back? (or have you ever thought about that?) After I learned this model I not only became more aware of my thoughts, but I learned how to effectively filter and control them. I have truly gained a grater awareness of how our minds work. I had heard all of my life positive phrases like: "Reach for the Stars", "Dream Big", "You are the one who w...

I just read a post from 10 years ago!

Hello there! Do you remember these posts from so many years ago? It is very interesting to see how things change in one decade! Only ten  years ago, essential oils were a 'hippie dippie' strange voodoo language only cave dwelling witches and hags knew the magical powers of. Ha ha...well, maybe hags is too strong of a label.  However that is not the case any longer, is it?! Essential oil knowledge is sweeping the globe in leaps and bounds. The scientific evidence of positive feedback is piling up in mountainous stacks of positive proof that essential oils are the new rage in supporting a healthy lifestyle. How are you doing with this?  Did you fully jump onto the essential oil bandwagon or did you tip toe into the oils world? Where are you at right now? How are things going for you in life?  Honestly there is so much knowledge out there about using oils I feel we can look and search pretty much anything we are interested in and find successful options to su...
